#3: The Touch the Sky Stretch
This basic stretch helps to loosen up muscles in your forearms, wrists, hands and shoulders – all of which are greatly impacted by sitting at a desk and typing away at a keyboard.
Start by locking both hands together by weaving your fingers from one hand into the other. Next, stretch them up toward the ceiling. Your palms should be facing up at this point and you can continue to stretch until you feel tightness. Hold this for between 15 and 30 seconds, depending on your comfort level.
Note: Sitting for long periods of time can contribute to blood pooling in the legs and lead to poor circulation.
