There are countless companies out there that have money and ideas, but not enough developer talent to complete their projects. This is a field that is considered “self-taught” – if you can learn to develop websites and mobile applications, you will no doubt become in high demand either through your own business or a web/mobile development agency.

With the organic food, health food and exercise revolution that has taken place in recent decades, nutritionists are in high demand. People are willing to spend just about anything on their health and wellness, so if you’re able to provide them with sound advice, you’re going to be well on your way to earning 6 figures or more per year. You would of course need to maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle yourself and invest in some professional certification courses, books on nutrition, exercise and more.

A real estate broker is one of the top professions for those who never went to college or didn’t finish their degree. It’s essentially a sales position that requires some professional courses and certification, but after that, it’s all up to you. The sky is the limit in real estate – the more you sell, the more commission you make on your sales. Top residential and commercial real estate brokers easily make upwards of 6-figures per year.

#4: Sales Manager

Sales is another position that doesn’t necessarily require a college degree in order to be hired or to rise to a top-level position. Companies hire salespeople simply to sell – if you can sell, you make the company more money and you make more money for yourself. There are plenty of entry level sales positions for those without college degrees. You can start by selling just about anything – from home improvement services to cleaning products. Once you get a little experience, you’ll be able to move up within the same organization or start to apply for higher level positions at different companies.

Sales is another one of those fields where the sky is the limit and you’re responsible for your own destiny – the more you sell, the more you make. Examples of high paying sales fields include software sales, IT/networking, real estate, commercial/industrial products, medical supplies and pharmaceuticals.

Then you can choose to become an Internet Marketing Consultant with your own business, or at a higher level for a marketing agency.
