9 “Healthy” Foods You Shouldn’t Be Eating

#1: Yogurt

While plain yogurt can be a healthy choice to fill you up with a low amount of calories, most people opt for yogurt loaded with sugar and other additives that are unhealthy.

Some of the most popular yogurt brands feature fruit at the bottom of the cup, which adds in a ton of sugar. These yogurts contain a whopping 26 grams of sugar per serving – which already exceeds the recommended daily intake for women (25 grams) and makes up more than half the daily recommended intake for men (37.5 grams).

Make sure you read the labels carefully; opt for plain yogurt without fruit and for one that’s low in sugar.
