#3: Child’s Pose Stretch
The Child’s Pose is a yoga stretch, but don’t be alarmed if you’ve never done yoga before, this stretch is for beginner’s and it’s quite easy to handle. Find a comfortable spot on the floor, preferably carpet or an exercise mat if you have one. Get on your knees, start to arch in your back and slowly lay forward with your arms outstretched and the palms of your hands gliding on the floor in front of you. Once comfortably in position, slowly slide your hands forward along the ground as far as you can until you feel tension, then continue to move forward as much as you can. You can hold this position for 30 seconds up until several minutes.
